Se debatirán temas en diferentes comités y los delegados desempeñaran roles dentro de la rama ejecutiva del poder público tales como:
— Ministros
—Alcaldes
—Secretarios de despacho
Dependiendo de sus funciones debatirán los temas que les conciernen.
